Noh is the President and CEO of Stony Brook Scientific Ltd. He has led technology and management at Stony Brook Scientific Ltd. for more than 30 years. He has been involved in new product development, manufacturing, and marketing of scientific and rheological instruments such as the falling needle viscometer, sensors, etc. The falling needle viscometer technique adopted by ASTM and SAE standards has been developed by Noh and Prof. Thomas Irvine. Noh is also an adjunct professor at Drexel University. He has worked at the Brookhaven National Lab. as Sr. Research Associate and Consultant for environmental device development to clean flue gas.
Noh holds a PhD in mechanical engineering from State University of New York (SUNY)-Stony Brook, MS in mechanical engineering from State University of New York (SUNY)-Stony Brook, and BS in mechanical engineering from Seoul National University.
